As a certified Holistic Health Counselor and a certified Yoga Instructor, I provide a supportive and integrative approach to help you enhance your own potential for optimal well-being.  Whether facing changes in health, diet, fitness ability, and/or lifestyle: I provide personalized attention incorporating whole foods, exercise, and stress reduction that will leave you feeling balanced and well.  I have studied all the major dietary theories and incorporate yoga and meditation to guide you in discovering your path to health.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I encourage my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.  Changing to whole foods, that are less processed, can be eaten in abundance, and even reverse many life-threatening diseases.  Exercise, yoga, and meditation can also be incorporated so that you feel better from the inside-out and treat your whole-being. 

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
